TwitterArtis Luna Maya, a suspect case of making a hot Video Luna Maya that allegedly involve Ariel Peterpan and Cut Tari, detained at the detention center and the Criminal Investigation Agency (Bareskrim) Police Headquarter since Wednesday night (14 / 7) at approximately 22:00 pm.
"Police arrested Luna for not being cooperative," said Chief of Public Information (Kapenum) Public Relation Division, Pol Kombes Marwoto Soeto, in Jakarta, Thursday.
Luna was arrested in the case of making a pornographic video allegedly involving herself, Ariel Peterpan, and Cut Tari, Marwoto said.
Luna and Cut Tari named as suspects Thursday last week (8 / 7), while Ariel was first.
Furthermore, the investigators will perform filing to the three suspects namely Ariel, Luna and Cut Tari separately for submission to the prosecution.
Both artists are allegedly involved in making pornographic videos with artist Nazriel Irham aka Ariel and threatened with article 282 Book of the Law of Criminal Law (Penal Code) on the immoral.
Police earlier had set the suspect Ariel and has been arrested him in Detention (Rutan) Bareskrim Police Headquarter since Tuesday (22 / 6).
Cut Tari and Luna Maya even has submitted a request to the public apology on Thursday (9 / 7), but this should not hamper the investigation.
Police previously had conducted a physical examination to ensure the identification of actors in the video is immoral.
